Thanks Aversion, no pressure  Embarrassed

Crows and phoenix(s), pens and daggers, skulls and... um... skulls? It also scales pretty well. Between the text, birds, skull nose and bg there's a lot of mix and match assets that can be added/subtracted/moved around. I've been looking at it way too long to decide on a final configuration, so any feedback is welcome!

Wow that does look nice! I like the subtle imagery of a skull that is made up of all of the elements.

Thanks Wormeck! Ignore the tiny skull on the top, I was trying to explain to someone that it was supposed to be a skull in the center there  Grin Probably too subtle

Dunwich, you just crit'd my heart for 10k!... No, but I really like the feel of this. The birds are fantastic, and the elements making up the skull are a nice touch. Maybe you could alter the gray circle to have a more skull like edge? Maybe more of a jaw line? As you know I'm partial to jaw lines, since mine is so epic...

But yeah, looks great. Were you thinking of other color variations? I really like the red/black as is now.

Just as a note. Have you tested the best background color?
Like I know we have blue now, but if yoru'e using the red's and greys maybe a white background, or black.
I dunno, something neutral.

Also a neutral color make sit easy for poeple to mix and match clothing! Smiley

..... i didn't just type that did I?

That is a good point. Maybe we can have a "official," more colorful option for the web or whatnot, and then a bit more neutral option for in-game. In my experience, we probably want to keep the in-game option simple, not too busy, and relatively neutral. If you try to do too much in a little space, it usually looks like someone pooped on your cloak.

Thanks for the feedback!

Do you know if the color of the cloak Garky posted is the color of our current guild cloak (don't recall off the top of my head)? Is that something you can / would want to change when and if you put a custom logo up?

I can mock up the logo on the cape for you all the look at and I can make sure the cape poopage is kept at a minimum  Grin

I like that Dar. I like how everything becomes an outline. Only thing is it's hard to see. Maybe try making the background lighter around the logo?

So far I am liking Dunwich emblem...I just want to see a couple options for the background and maybe have the circle shaped as a skull...But I defintely like the red and black and the 2 birds.
